ENTITAS KARAKTER DALAM PERMAINAN ROLE PLAYING GAMES (RPG)

Role Playing Games (RPG) is a digital-based game that invites players to play the character in a theme. Character in an RPG is a story-based concept, it is considered existed, the process of creation and the construction of identity formation through disposition produced (archetypes), the existence of events (narrative), as well as the reality of time and space (simulacrum) the overall quality into information packets forming manifestations. Any information of the character become of the most important subjects to develope characterizations of the character that will be created. Because he is a simulated reality concept related between stories, behaviors and attitudes of characters into a significant entity.

Role Playing Games (RPG) merupakan permainan berbasis digital dengan yang mengajak para pemainnya untuk memerankan tokoh/ karakter dalam sebuah tema. Karakter dalam RPG merupakan sebuah konsep yang berbasis cerita, dia dianggap hidup, proses penciptaan dan pembentukannya diproduksi melalui konstruksi identitas perwatakan (arketipe), eksistensi peristiwa (narasi), serta realitas ruang dan waktu (simulakrum) yang secara keseluruhan menjadi paket informasi pembentuk kualitas perwujudannya. Setiap informasi karakter menjadi pokok terpenting dalam pengembangan penokohan dan karakteristik dari karakter yang akan diciptakan. Karena dia berada sebagai konsep simulasi realitas, maka upaya perelasian antara cerita, perilaku serta sikap karakter menjadi entitas yang signifikan.
