ABSTRAK
Tari Topeng Klana karya R. Ono Lesmana Kartadikoesoemah diciptakan pada tahun 1942, terinspirasi dari Topeng Cirebon. Dalam pertunjukannya ada hal yang menarik untuk dijadikan objek penelitian yakni terdapat koreografi yang harus menyesuaikan dengan prolog. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada struktur tari Topeng Klana karya Ono di Padepokan Sekar Pusaka Kabupaten Sumedang. Untuk menjawabnya digunakan teori struktur yang dianggap relevan sebagai pisau pembedah dalam membahas permasalahan. Untuk mengimplementasikan teori digunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Strategi pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa ditinjau dari strukturnya tarian ini terdiri atas bentuk tari dan isi tari. Bentuk tari meliputi koreografi, karawitan tari, tata rias, dan busana tari sedang isi tari di antaranya latar belakang cerita, gambaran tarian, nama tarian, karakter tari dan unsur filosofis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat kesinambungan antara bentuk dan isi tarian. Selain itu, berdasarkan isi prolognya tarian ini dipertunjukan untuk kepentingan penyambutan tamu.

ABSTRACT
Klana Mask Dance by R. Ono Lesmana Kartadikoesoemah in Regency of Sekar Pusaka Sumedang, June 2020. Klana Mask Dance which was created by R. Ono Lesmana Kartadikoesoemah in 1942, was inspired by the Cirebon Mask. In the show there is an interesting thing to be the object of research namely the choreography that must adjust to the prologue. This research is limited to the structure of Ono's Klana Mask dance in regency of Sekar Pusaka Sumedang. To answer this, the structural theory is considered relevant to be used as an operation tool in discussing the problems. To implement the theory, the descriptive analysis method is used. The strategy in collecting data was carried out through literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in terms of structure this dance consists of dance form and dance content. The dance forms include choreography, dance music, make-up, and dance costume, while the dance contents include the background of the story, dance descriptions, dance name, dance characters and philosophical elements. Based on the analysis there is a continuity between the form and content of the dance. In addition, based on the contents of the prologue this dance is performed for the benefit of welcoming guests.
