ABSTRACT. Twist Dance Creation, Desember 2020. Social media has many benefits, from connecting communication with one another to media for self-expression. But behind these advantages, social media also has drawbacks that can be self-defeating. One of them is the tendency to compare yourself to other people who feel more perfect or better than yourself, resulting in self-distrust. It is a trait where a person lowers himself to the point of feeling he has no self-worth, even though it can still be overcome by realizing one's own abilities. and that includes self love or cherishing yourself. TWIST" is a single dance work with a non-traditional working method with the background of this phenomenon. This work tells of a transition of someone who is not confident, realizes his hidden strengths, and finally becomes self-confident.
Keywords: self-distrust, transition, self-confidence.

Where no domain-specific data repository exists, authors should deposit their datasets in a general repository such as ZENODO, Dryad, Dataverse, or others.
Small data may also be published as data files or packages supplementary to a research article. However, the authors should prefer, in all cases, a deposition in data repositories.
