Gandrung dalam Upacara Ritual Petik Laut di Pantai Muncar Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstrak
Tari Gandrung merupakan suatu hasil kebudayaan masyarakat Using yang tumbuh dan berkembang dari akar budaya masyarakat agraris, kemudian diadopsi oleh masyarakat pesisir untuk kepentingan penyelenggaraan upacara ritual Petik Laut yang dilakukan di Tanjung Sembulungan, Pantai Muncar, Banyuwangi. Adapun pola penyajian Gandrung terdiri atas jejer, paju, dan seblangan atau seblang subuh. Gandrung bagi masyarakat Using merupakan salah satu unsur terpenting dalam upacara ritual Petik Laut di Pantai Muncar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan tentang struktur pertunjukan dan fungsi Gandrung dalam upacara ritual Petik Laut.

Abstract
Tari gandrung is a result of Using social culture which grows and develops in agrarian society culture. It is then being adopted by the coastal people for the interest of the ritual ceremony of Petik Laut in Tanjung Sembulungan, Muncar Beach, Banyuwangi. The performance pattern of Gandrung consists of Jejer, Paju, and Seblangan or Seblang Subuh. To Using society, Gandrung is one of the most important elements in ritual Petik Laut in Muncar Beach. This study used qualitative methods and the result of the research shows the structure of the performance and function of Gandrung in the ritual ceremony of Petik Laut.
