ABSTRAK Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang penciptaan karya tari kreasi baru ‘Titi Surya’ yang terinspirasi dari awan, dan dijadikan sebagai rangsang visual, serta di dalamnya diinterpretasikan tentang gambaran manusia dalam mengarungi proses kehidupan penuh dengan dinamika, bentuk apapun yang telah digariskan yang Maha Kuasa dilalui dengan sabar, tabah, tawakal, dan ikhlas diterima dengan rasa syukur. Metode kreativitas digunakan dengan melalui tahapan eksplorasi, improvisasi, evaluasi, dan komposisi, yang di dalamnya memunculkan pendekatan konsep interpretasi. Hasil dari karya tari kreasi baru ‘Titi Surya’ ini merupakan karya inovatif yang masih melekat esensi tradisinya, yang dapat disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat luas khususnya kepada generasi muda. ABSTRACT THE CONCEPT OF CLOUD INTERPRETATION AS VISUAL EXCITEMENT IN THE CREATION OF DANCE WORK ‘TITI SURYA’ IN BANDUNG, JUNE 2024. This article explains the creation of the new dance work 'Titi Surya' which is inspired by clouds, and is used as a visual stimulus, and there is an image of humans navigating the life process full of dynamics, various forms which have been outlined by the Almighty, being passed through patiently, steadfast, trusting, and sincerely accepted with gratitude. The creativity method is used through stages of exploration, improvisation, evaluation and composition, which rises to an interpretive concept approach. The result of this new creative dance work '’Titi Surya’ is an innovative work that still has the traditional essence, which can be disseminated to the wider community, especially to the younger generation.
