GUMREGAH KONSEP GARAP KARYA TARI KONTEMPORER

Gumregah sebagai sebuah judul karya tari, bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang persoalan fenomena kehidupan di masyarakat yaitu pasca pandemic Covid 19. Kata Gumregah diambil dari kamus Bau Sastra Jawa Karangan Poerwadarminta 1939 yang mempunyai arti Bangkit (diambil dari kata dasar gregah). Pasca pandemi atau dapat dikatakan masa endemi merupakan situasi yang perlu diadabtasi oleh semua elemen masyarakat, termasuk mahasiswa ISBI Bandung. Persoalan ini sangat menarik untuk diagali lebih dalam melaui karya seni, yang memfokuskan pada kebangkitan proses belajar mengajar yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa ISBI Bandung. Semangat untuk berolah rasa, olah piker, dan olah kreatifitas inilah dieksplorasi dan diungkit dalam sebuah karya, sehingga diharapkan menjadi suatu karya yang unik dan menarik. Covid 19 tidak mungkin hilang seratus persen, sehingga bagaimana kita dapat mensikapi dan berjalan seiring berdampingan tanpa kena efeknya. Dengan demikian, maka karya Gumregah akan digarap dalam bentuk tari kelompok dengan tipe dramatik, dengan pendekatan tradisi inovatif, memadukan komposisi koreografi yang sudah dirancang sedemikian rupa dengan tenik-tehnik digital. Selain hal tersebut, karya ini tidak hanya dipentaskan di panggung proscenium tetapi dikombinasikan dengan alam terbuka dengan landscape Pendopo. Kata Kunci: Gumregah, Eksplorasi, Dance Film. ABSTRACT: Gumregah The Concept Of Contemporary Dance Works. December 2022. Gumregah as the title of a dance work, aims to dig deeper into the problems of the phenomenon of life in society, namely after the Covid 19 pandemic. The word Gumregah is taken from the 1939 Dictionary of Javanese Literature by Poerwadar Minta which means to rise (taken from the root word gregah). After the pandemic or it can be said that the endemic period is a situation that needs to be adapted by all elements of society, including ISBI Bandung students. This issue is very interesting to explore more deeply through works of art, which focus on the revival of the teaching and learning process faced by ISBI Bandung students. This passion to exercise taste, exercise thought, and exercise creativity is explored and leveraged in a work, so that it is expected to be a unique and interesting work. Covid 19 cannot be lost one hundred percent, so how can we respond and walk side by side without being affected. Thus, Gumregah's work will be worked on in the form of group dances with a dramatic type, with an innovative traditional approach, combining choreographic compositions that have been designed in such a way with digital techniques. Apart from that, this work is not only performed on the proscenium stage but is combined with the outdoors with the landscape of the Pendopo. Keywords: Gumregah, Exploration, Film Dance.References
