RELIGIUSITAS ISLAM PADA KARYA LUKIS TIGA SENIMAN MUDA BANDUNG

This reseacrh, entitled "Islamic Religiosity in the Painting Works of Three Young Artists in Bandung" was made based on artists who visualize Islamic values or matters relating to Islamic religiosity into paintings and involve young Bandung artists in the 2000s. By examining more deeply through the signs and symbols in the painting. Among these are the works of Yogie Ginanjar, Arkiv Vilmansa and Tandya Rachmat. Research shows, from a visual perspective, each artist has his own way of displaying and interpreting matters relating to Islam. Yogi Ginanjar through the realist style presents symbols or signs and direct messages that are identical to Islam, and includes numbers in it. Then Arkiv Vilmansa with abstract style and dynamic visual language, increases the meaning of the process of self-change or migration journey. Rachmat uses the technique of photorealism as a living object that represents objects or objects from the world, how he expresses them in his work with a different perspective from before.

Penelitian yang berjudul Religiusitas Islam pada Karya Lukis Tiga Seniman Muda Bandung, dibuat berdasarkan keterkaitan pada seniman yang memvisualisasikan nilai Islam atau hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan religiusitas Islam ke dalam karya seni lukis dan melibatkan seniman muda Bandung tahun 2000-an, dengan menelaah lebih dalam melalui tanda dan simbol yang ada pada lukisan. Diantaranya terdapat karya Yogie Ginanjar, Arkiv Vilmansa, dan Tandya Rachmat. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa, dari segi visual masing-masing seniman mempunyai cara tersendiri dalam menggambarkan dan memaknai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan Islam. Yogi Ginanjar melalui gaya realis menyuguhkan simbol atau tanda dan pesan secara langsung yang identik dengan Islam, juga menyisipkan figur di dalamnya. Selanjutnya Arkiv Vilmansa dengan gaya abstrak dan bahasa visual yang dinamis, menafsirkan makna sebuah proses perubahan diri atau perjalanan hijrah. Tandya Rachmat menggunakan teknik fotorealisme berupa objek still life yang mewakili hal-hal atau benda bersifat duniawi, bagaimana ia menuangkan hal itu pada karyanya dengan sudut pandang berbeda dengan sebelumnya.
